Vendoo App: The Ultimate Cross Listing Software for Resellers

If you are a reseller, then you probably know the importance of listing your products on multiple marketplaces. It can be so time consuming and frustrating to keep track of all of your listings manually. This is where Vendoo comes in! Vendoo is the ultimate cross listing software for resellers. With Vendoo, you can manage your listings on all of your favorite marketplaces quickly and easily! In this post, I’m going to review all of the amazing Vendoo features from cross listing to analytics to inventory management so you can decide if it’s a good fit for your reselling business.

What is Vendoo?

Vendoo was originally created to be a cross listing software for resellers. I’ve been using Vendoo since the beginning and it’s been amazing to see all of the amazing features they continue to come out with. With Vendoo, you can manage your listings on all of your favorite marketplaces as well as see analytics and trends in your sales for better financial understanding and profit tracking. It has been web based for the last couple of years, however, they are also currently beta testing a mobile app that should be released to all users soon.

Listing and Cross Listing with Vendoo

The original concept for Vendoo was to help reseller cross list their items from one platform to another. So if you were an Ebay seller and wanted to get started on Poshmark, Vendoo was there to help you quickly and easily copy your items to Poshmark and manage them all in one place. While that’s still true, Vendoo has become much more than that!

Import your existing inventory

If you already have inventory listed on one marketplace, then you’re in luck because Vendoo can connect to that marketplace and import all of your items into Vendoo. From there you can cross list your items to any of the 10 supported marketplaces:

  • Ebay
  • Poshmark
  • Mercari
  • Facebook Marketplace
  • Etsy
  • Depop
  • Shopify
  • Tradesy
  • Kidizen
  • Grailed

Using Vendoo to list your items

Once your items are imported, you may decide to use Vendoo to initially list your items rather than listing them to one online marketplace and then cross posting. Many resellers love this option because they can start drafting their items in Vendoo, add photos when they have a chance, and then make them live on all of their selected marketplaces in their own time. It helps to fill out the initial information directly in Vendoo so that all of the fields in the marketplace tabs populate as completely as possible.

When you list directly in Vendoo you have access to these features:

  • Automatically resize and format your photos for each marketplace
  • Create and use custom templates to speed up listing

Automatically remove sold items

One of my favorite features in Vendoo is that when you mark an item as sold on one marketplace, it will automatically remove that item from other marketplaces so that it doesn’t oversell. This is something I used to have to do manually and is now simplified with Vendoo.

Delist and Relist

Many resellers know that letting an item sit for too long lowers its chances of selling. The best solution for this is to regularly relist items that have been sitting for a long time. With the “delist and relist” feature, you can delist an item and then relist it on each marketplace all from the Vendoo website without having to go to each marketplace and do it one by one. The best part? You can bulk delist and relist up to 10 items at a time and it does it all in the background while you continue working.

Inventory Management

Vendoo isn’t just for listing and cross listing anymore! It’s now a robust inventory management system that resellers with a few hundred or a few thousand items can easily optimize for their business.

Easily manage your inventory

Since you’re only paying for new items that you add to your inventory each month, your sold inventory stays on the platform so you can look back on those items as well.

Within your inventory page, you can easily sort items by drafts, active items, and sold items. You can also add your own custom labels to help you better personalize the way you organize your inventory.

Download inventory spreadsheets

Love a good spreadsheet? With Vendoo you can easily download spreadsheets with everything you need to know like price, cost of goods, marketplaces, etc. No need to manually create spreadsheets!

Stale inventory reminders

If you’ve been selling for some time, you know that some listings just get stale. There are just some items that sit for a long time and need a bit of a refresh. One of Vendoo’s newest features is that you can sort by stale listings so you know which ones to relist next.

Analytics & Profit Tracking

One of the most exciting features in Vendoo is their analytics feature! When you mark an item as sold, you can enter information about the sale of that item such as cost of goods, the price it sold for, shipping cost, etc. By entering this information, you can then head over to the Analytics tab and see everything you need to know about your business like your profit, average sale price, number of items sold, number of items listed, and more. In addition, when you scroll down a bit, you can also see which marketplaces, categories and brands are doing best for your reselling business so you can make more informed buying decisions moving forward.

  • 5 items per month – FREE
  • 25 items per month – $8.99/mo
  • 125 items per month – $19.99/mo (this is the one I’m currently on!)
  • 250 items per month – $29.99/mo

Add ons:

  • Importing – $4.99/mo
  • All marketplaces – $4.99/mo
  • Bundle of all add ons – $11.99/mo

All of the paid plans are, in my opinion, reasonably priced considering the increase in sales I’ve seen due to being able to cross list my items on multiple marketplaces.

Hopefully this article has provided you with everything you wanted to know about Vendoo! As you can see, while it is the best cross listing platform out there, it’s evolved to be much more than that! I truly love how easy it is to quickly log in, mark items as sold and have those items be removed from any other platforms to prevent overselling – something I have done a few too many times back when I was manually removing each item.
