How I Share 10x a Day on Poshmark (the Easy Way!)

Sharing your closet is one of the most important things you can do to increase sales on Poshmark. Unlike other marketplaces where listings rank based on age or price, Poshmark’s algorithm prioritizes recently shared items, meaning the more you share, the more visibility your listings get.

The problem? Sharing can be time-consuming, especially as your closet grows. The good news is that there are strategic ways to share efficiently.

This guide will break down the best manual and automated sharing methods so you can spend less time clicking and more time making sales.

Do You Really Need to Share in 2025?

Yes, you absolutely still need to share on Poshmark, even in 2025. Every time you share a listing, it moves to the top of search results for relevant keywords. This means buyers searching for an item will see recently shared listings first.

Sharing also puts your items in front of your followers, keeping your closet active and encouraging engagement. More shares = higher visibility, more likes, and more sales.

How often should I share daily?

My recommendation is always 2-3 times a day, minimum. Most people are sharing that much or more, and if you want to continually bump your listings up, sharing is the way to do it. Think of it this way: it’s annoying, but it’s in your control! With many other marketplaces, there’s no way to control this aspect.

While I say 2-3 times a day minimum, my real recommendation is 10+ times a day for strong visibility. Why? Because there are thousands of listings on Poshmark with sellers sharing their items, so to stay competitive, you need to share a lot!

But 10 times a day sounds like a lot. How do you even find the time to do that? Let me tell you my favorite way to do this without getting overwhelmed…

The BEST Way to Share on Poshmark

Sharing manually works just fine, but it’s also repetitive and time-consuming. Especially if you’re like me and want to share 10 or more times a day. Luckily, there are tools to help you do this! And once you’ve set them up, you basically can forget all about sharing because it’ll take care of it for you.

My favorite tool for this? Vendoo’s Marketplace Sharing Tool! I have used Vendoo for years as a way to crosslist my items, manage my inventory, etc., but for a long time, I also had to pay for a separate Poshmark sharing tool. Recently, Vendoo added their own sharing tool and now I have everything I do for my reselling business all in one spot!

How to Set Up Sharing in Vendoo

  1. Log into your Vendoo account and click on the Pro Tools icon on the left (star)
  2. Click on Marketplace Sharing
  3. Select Poshmark from the list
  4. Fill out the form provided to schedule your share. (My settings are: Max amount daily, Random, and Normal)
  5. Click “Schedule Sharing”
  6. The “Set Schedule” window will pop up and you can decide when you want your share to be scheduled (I recommend picking a time and setting it to “everyday”)
  7. Repeat this process for as many shares as you want a day. I believe the maximum is 15 and I have mine maxed out!

Once you have your schedule set up, you can sit back and let it do the job for you. I do like to pop in once in a while to make sure that everything is still set up and sharing regularly. There is a “history” button which will show you the last time it shared.

Best Manual Sharing Strategies

If you prefer to share manually, you can totally do that too! You’ll just need to remember to log in and share multiple times a day for maximum results.

To share manually on Poshmark:

  1. Open Poshmark either on your phone or computer and navigate to your closet
  2. Click the Tool icon on the right and select “Share to Followers”
  3. Click “Select All” and then scroll until it doesn’t allow you to scroll anymore. If you don’t do this, it’ll only share the first 48 listings in your closet.
  4. Click “Share to Followers” and keep the screen open while it shares all of your listings. Make sure you don’t closet this page or it’ll stop sharing.

If you have a really big closet, keeping the screen open the whole time can be a little annoying, which is another reason I love automating this part of my reselling business.

FAQ

What does “sharing” mean on Poshmark?

Sharing means pushing your own listings to the top of search results by using the “share” feature. You can also share to your followers or to Poshmark parties, but sharing your own items to followers is what we’re talking about here.

Are automation tools allowed on Poshmark?
Technically, Poshmark’s terms prohibit bots or unauthorized third-party automation tools. However, I know a lot of resellers and almost all of them use a sharing tool and have never been reprimanded by Poshmark. I feel comfortable using a tool, but obviously do so at your own risk.

Can I just share a few listings instead of my whole closet?
I guess you could so that, but why wouldn’t you just share your whole closet? Sharing your entire closet is the best way to boost visibility across all your listings. The more active your closet appears, the better!
