How to Sell More on Poshmark Using Bundles and Offers
Let’s be honest. Sometimes making sales on Poshmark feels hard! Especially when things are slow, it almost feels like pulling teeth getting people hit that “buy” button on each item. That’s why I started leaning into bundles and offers as part of my Poshmark strategy.
If you’re trying to figure out how to sell more on Poshmark, bundles and offers are two great ways to do that. They help you move more items, increase your average order price, and can also help clear out older inventory that’s been sitting too long.
In this post, I’m breaking down the offer and bundle strategies I use in my Poshmark closet so you can start selling more of what you list, too.
But first, let’s talk about todays sponsor: Vendoo! If you’re not already using Vendoo, but you’re interested in making more sales on Poshmark, keep reading!
Vendoo is a tool built specifically for resellers with features like cross listing, analytics, inventory management, and more. I use it to automatically send offers to likers on Poshmark, which saves me a ton of time and helps me catch more sales I might’ve otherwise missed. Why Bundles and Offers Work So Well
If you’re not using bundles and offers consistently, you might be missing out on one of the easiest ways to sell more on Poshmark.
Here’s why I love them:
Shoppers want a deal.
While there are some buyers who will just find an item they like and click “buy” right away, most buyers are scrolling and liking stuff for later. Either because they’re not sure yet or hoping some of their likes get discounted. When you offer a bundle deal or send an offer, you’re making it easier for them to say yes to buying your item.
You can move more items at once.
When someone bundles a few pieces, that’s fewer packages to ship and more inventory gone in one go. Plus, it’s way more satisfying packing up a multi-item order.
It increases your average order price.
Even with a discount, your total order value usually ends up being higher. More money per sale without more effort? Yes, please.
It helps clear older inventory.
Got stale inventory? Bundles and offers are perfect for clearing it out and making room for fresh finds. I like to keep my closet small, so if something’s been sitting too long, it’s gotta go.
It saves you time.
Shipping one bundle with multiple items takes way less time than packing up a bunch of single sales. Think about it, if you’re shipping 10 individual items that’s 10 packages you need to pack up to ship out. But if you’re selling 10 individual items, but one of them is a 5 piece bundle? That’s only 6 packages.
It creates urgency.
Private offers or limited-time bundle deals give people a reason to buy now instead of later. A little FOMO goes a long way when it comes to sales psychology.
Bundles encourage people to look through your closet.
When buyers know they can get a better deal by bundling, they’re more likely to take their time scrolling and see what else they might like. It keeps them in your closet longer, which gets more eyes on your items and increases your chances of making a sale!
How to Set Up Your Closet to Encourage Bundling
One of the easiest ways to sell more on Poshmark using bundles is just making it really clear that you love bundles and that buyers can save if they grab more than one item.
Here’s are some great ways to encourage bundles:
Mention bundling in your closet name or bio.
Something like “Bundle & Save” or “I love bundles!” right in your name or about section can be a small but powerful nudge for buyers.
Include it in your listing descriptions.
I’ll usually throw in a quick line at the bottom like “I love giving great deals on bundles! Scroll through my closet and add your favorites to a bundle. I’ll send a private discount just for you!” So even if someone just sees one listing, they know deals are possible.
Set up automatic bundle discounts.
I have mine set to 20% off 2 or more items. Even though most people don’t take advantage of it, it’s still good to have in place.
Consider adding a bundle promo graphic.
I’m thinking of adding an image to my listings that says something like “I love bundles” or “Bundle 2+ for a deal.” It catches attention and makes the offer more visible.
The key here is to make it obvious that bundling is encouraged. Most people won’t do it unless they know it’ll save them money, so the more you can highlight that, the better.
Using “My Shoppers” to Boost Engagement
Poshmark’s “My Shoppers” tool is one of the most underrated features, in my opinion. It’s basically your chance to follow up with people who’ve shown interest but didn’t buy yet.
Here’s how I use it:
I’ll go in a couple times a month and use “Add Likes to Bundle.”
This adds any liked items to a bundle for that shopper so they can see everything they liked in one place.
Then I use “Add Comment to Bundle” to reach out.
I’ll say something like:
“Hey! I saw you liked a few items. Feel free to bundle them and I’ll send a great offer your way!”
or
“I’m sending out bundle offers today if you’re interested. Just add anything you like to a bundle!”
Sometimes I’ll mention a sale.
If I’m doing a 3 for $30 deal or trying to clear inventory, I’ll say something like “Doing a sale today! 3 for $30 on anything under $20. Let me know if you’re interested!”
From my experience, if you want people to actually check out and buy, the deal has to feel really worth it. So don’t be afraid to go a little bigger on your bundle deals once in a while, especially when you’re trying to move older stuff.
Offer Strategy That Works
Let’s talk offers because honestly, this is where you can really start turning those likes into actual sales. If you’re not sending offers almost daily, you’re missing out! Recently, 95% of my sales came from offers and less than 5% were full price sales.

Here’s my offer strategy:
I send small offers daily.
Right now, I have it set up so buyers automatically get a 10% offer about 5 minutes after they like an item. It’s a small nudge, but it works. I use Vendoo to do this and it’s super easy!
I send bigger offers every few days
I’ll send 20% or 30% off to people who’ve liked something but haven’t bought. And maybe once a week, I’ll go big with a 40% offer on stuff that’s been sitting just to get things moving. Especially if I’m trying to clear space or need to boost sales that week.
It’s all about timing.
I send that first offer while it’s still fresh. If they don’t bite, I follow up with a better deal later to give them that extra nudge.
You don’t have to give huge discounts all the time, but don’t be afraid to make it really worth it once in a while, especially if it’s an older item or something you want to move quickly.
Also, think about how much time and effort it saves you when someone buys a bundle or you can ship out a few items in one go. That saved time is part of the value, and it totally justifies offering a deeper discount now and then.
Bundle Ideas to Try in Your Closet
If you want to encourage bundling but aren’t sure what kind of deals to offer, here are a few ideas you can try. These don’t have to be complicated or permanent. It’s just little nudges that make your closet feel more fun and buyer-friendly.
3 for $30 on items under $20
This one is super effective if you’ve got a bunch of lower-priced items you want to move. I’ll usually use the “My Shoppers” tool to add liked items to bundles and then comment on bundles within the last month or two with something like “I’m having a for 3 for $30 sale! Just bundle 3 items (or more) $20 or under and I’ll send an offer!”
Buy 2, Get 1 FREE
This feels like a little treat for the buyer, but still protects your profit margins. You can do this on specific categories (like tops or kids’ items) or just run it as a weekend promo.
Closet cleanout bundles with emojis
If you’ve got items that have been sitting, you can add an emoji to the beginning of each title to mark them. Then offer something like, “Bundle 2 items with the (mushroom emoji) for $25” People love getting a steal and their curiosity to see which items are marked will get them scrolling your closet.
Mystery bundles
This one’s not for everyone, but some sellers offer mystery bundles where buyers choose a size and style, and you pick the items. It’s a fun way to move slower inventory, but just make sure you’re clear on what they’re getting. This really only works if you have A LOT (hundreds) of items to choose from.
You don’t need to run bundle deals all the time, but sprinkling in things like this once in a while can really help boost your sales and make your closet stand out.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
Sometimes sellers try bundles and offers and get discouraged when it doesn’t work right away. Most of the time it’s all about figuring out what strategy works for you and your closet! But here are some common mistakes you might be making:
Not encouraging bundling clearly enough
If buyers don’t know there’s a deal waiting for them, they probably won’t bother bundling. Make sure it’s obvious in your listing descriptions, closet name, or even your photos that they can save by grabbing more than one item. Put it at the front of their mind!
Sending weak offers
If your offer is just a few bucks off, people probably aren’t going to jump on it. Think about it from their side. If they’re already paying shipping, a small discount might not feel worth it. You don’t need to go overboard, but your offer should feel like a really good deal.
Waiting too long to send an offer
If someone just liked your item, they’re already in shopping mode. That’s the best time to send an offer. If you wait too long, they might forget about it or move on and buy another item. I like to hit them with a small offer right away, then follow up later with a better one if they don’t accept.
Only sending offers once
Sometimes buyers just need a little time. Just because they didn’t take that first offer doesn’t mean they’re not interested. Or that you’re bugging them! Think of how much stores advertise their deals to us. Sometimes it takes 2, 3 or even 4 offers to get a buyer to make their move.
Being passive
If someone liked 3 items in your closet, that’s your sign to reach out and offer a bundle! A quick message can go a long way, and even if they don’t buy right away, they know you’re willing to make them a deal.
Relying only on automatic discounts
Auto bundle discounts are nice to have in place, but most buyers don’t even realize they’re there. That’s why I always send custom offers or messages to really get their attention.
Playing around with bundles and offers can really pay off! Hopefully, this post gave you some ideas on how to make more sales on Poshmark with these features. Don’t forget to check out Vendoo if you want a way to set up automatic offers after an item gets a like, I think it really helps my items stand out and brings me more sales.
