During the fall, Halloween and Thanksgiving decor can be in high demand, while during the winter holiday season, Christmas decor is always big seller. Then you can list the items a month or two before they come into season to profit!

Until I started reselling and looking into different categories, I never knew that plush or stuffies could sell for good money! When it comes to plush toys, it’s not just new ones that are popular. Vintage, rare and nostalgic stuffed animals can be just as desirable to collectors!

How do you get paid on Mercari?
Mercari will hold onto the funds when someone purchases something from you. Once the transaction is complete and both parties have left a rating, they will release your funds into your balance. If they buyer doesn’t leave a rating within 3 business days and there is tracking information that confirm the package has been delivered, Mercari will leave an automatic 5 star rating and release the funds once you leave your rating.
Once you have a balance in your Mercari account you can request a direct deposit into your bank account or use your balance to shop on Mercari. This can all be done in the Mercari app or on the website.
